It all started in 2019. I was 23 and working in a factory welding & fabricating military trucks. It was honest, skilled, and tough work but important work for our country and military personnel.
This work was impressive, important and tough – another person is relying on my skills and abilities while in the battlefield.
The difficulty and effort required was well worth it. It is the very building blocks that will get you where you want to go in the future.

While this work was rewarding, I saw no way upward in my career. I knew something needed to change.
In high school I always looked forward to the business classes and I admittedly skipped all the other classes. Building value, solving other’s problems, and managing a business had always interested me.
After reading many books and watching Youtube, I decided I need to take action.
I realized real estate was a passion of mine. From that point on, I decided I was going to help Tennesseans avoid the nightmare land-selling experience with a legitimate cash for land company in Tennessee.
